Club Policies
This section contains a number of important club rules, guidelines and general information.All managers and team officials should review and familiarise themselves with the documents tabulated in this section.
With regard to any accidents/injuries that occur during training or during, going to or returning from matches each team manager is responsible for completing the club injury report form(RVR Injury Report Form). This is important from a health and safety point of view and it is also important for both club and managers that an accurate record of all reportable incidents is available in case of any future complications, etc.
Where loss of earnings or significant medical expensis are likely to ensue the Insurance Claim Form (Insurance PA Claim Form) must be completed.
All Injury Report forms and Insurance Claim Forms are to be submitted to the secretary via the team manager.
Insurance Claim Forms must be completed and forwarded to the club secretary within fifteen days of the incident.
