Ends will be changed and teams reduced to 3 a side with no goalkeepers. After 5 mins further play if no goal has been scored a penalty shootout will decide. (3 penalties).
Players and parents must ensure they know their next fixture date and time. If in doubt contact your team manager or league organiser. Players must attend at least 15 mins. Before kick off time.
Decisions of referees must be respected – they have a difficult job.
Protest and complaints will only be considered if presented in writing. All decisions reached will be based on fair play and sportsmanship. It is important to emphasise to children that the participation in the sport is the main thing and that winning is incidental. Unfortunately in previous years some parents gave poor example to children in this regard. All children must be encouraged to shake hands after the match and accept the result even if they feel hard done by.
Children found littering the area will be suspended or banned from the competition. The County Council will suspend play unless the area is left tidy after play.
