- As access to pitches in Rivervalley & Brackenstown is in a residential area, visiting teams are requested to use the car park at Rivervalley Community Centre / Rivervalley Shopping Centre or Swords Manor Shopping Mall, Brackenstown , as appropriate.
To Rivervalley Park from West or South
Take the M50 to M1Exit the M1 for the Airport
At the Airport roundabout take 3rd exit (heading north)
At next (Coachmans) roundabout go straight through (2nd exit)
Follow road to next Traffic light controlled Junction (Airside retail is to right) you take a left turn at this junction (into Boroimhe) .
Follow this road to next junction (cross roads) & go straight through.
Proceed to next roundabout and take 2nd exit (effectively a right turn)
Continue past Shopping Centre, through lights and then immediate right into Community Centre for parking.
Pitches are across the road (not visible) in the park - follow the path - pitches are on the left.
To Rivervalley Park from North
Exit the M1 at the Donabate exitFollow the road to Swords passing Evode factory (on left) to roundabout (Swords by-pass)
Proceed straight through (2nd exit) & proceed to next roundabout (Woodies DIY)
Proceed straight through (2nd exit) & proceed to next roundabout (Malahide Rd Intersection).
At this roundabout take 4th exit (effectively right turn) for Pavilions SC & Swords
Passing Pavilions follow through to Swords village. At traffic light controlled T junction take left (at Swords Garda Station).
Follow the road (passing Penneys on left) to the Lord Mayors Pub.
Take a right turn immediately after Lord Mayors (Forest Road)
Proceed to 1st set of traffic lights and take a right (you’re in Rivervalley Estate)
Follow estate road [for about 1k / .65 mi] to (church on left & then road swings left) community centre.
Enter community centre/shopping mall (left turn) for parking.
Pitches are across the road (not visible) in the park - follow the path - pitches are on the left.
Please drive with great care in the Brookdale Residential area.
To Brackenstown from West or South
(no changing facilities available at present)
Take the M50 to M1Exit the M1 for Swords (next exit after the Airport exit)
At top of slipway take first left
Proceed to next roundabout & take 2nd left (straight thro’)
Proceed to next roundabout (Airside Motor Park on left) & take 2nd left (straight thro’)
Proceed to next roundabout (“Travel Lodge [on right]) & take 2nd left (into Swords Village)
Proceed past Statoil, Eddie Rockets (traffic lights) & take left turn immediately after Lord Mayors Pub
Road dips & rises to a T junction at which you take a left Turn (sharp & steep)
Follow this road [for approx 1.5k / 1m) (past National School/Church on your right) to Swords Manor Shopping Mall (again on your right). Please park here.
There is a soccer pitch on your right (Swords Maror FC Schoolboys) The Rivervalley Rangers Pitch is further (west [0.2mi/0.34km]) up the road on the left (1st soccer pitch).
To Brackenstown from North

Exit the M1 at the Donabate exitFollow the road to Swords passing Evode factory (on left) to roundabout (Swords by-pass)
Proceed straight through (2nd exit) & proceed to next roundabout (Woodies DIY)

Take the M1 or R132 to the Donabate (Skerries/Rush/Swords) exit/interchangeFollow directions to Donabate (Herse Road)
After Approx 1.5 miles entrance to Newbridge House is on left (signposted - elaborate brick wall& gates)
Follow driveway to main House
car park on left - park here
Follow path through picnic area (west of car park) - pitches are in separate field at rere (left/west of main House)
