All Weather Facilities: Rules and Regulations

Condition of Use:
  • Only members of the club may use the facility.
  • Teams using the facility are responsible for any damage caused to the facility or any fixtures or equipment therein.
  • Players/Team Officials shall not use indecent or offensive languague, behave in an improper manner or make excessive noise. Rivervalley is a residential area and users are requested to show proper respect for the residents and other park users.
  • Entrance to the Facility shall be by way of the main park gates. Drop off or collection of members should always be at the main Estate road. Parking, dropping off or collecting from Brookdale Lawns is strictly prohibited.
  • Teams shall finish their session promptly at the end of allocated slot and shall ensure all litter, drink bottles & the like are removed from the facility at the finish of the allocated Slot..
  • Boots with moulded studs or trainers/runners are the only footwear to be worn. Under no circumstances shall users wear football boots with “blades” (metal or rubber) or metal studs. Only clean footwear may be used inside the facility. Dirty or muddy boots/runners are not permitted.
  • Under no circumstances shall any spectators/friends enter the Facility (only Players [being members of the club] & team officials have permission to enter the facility.
  • Bikes, scooters, skate boards, prams, buggies toys or pets (of any description) are not permitted inside the Facility.
  • Users are requested to refrain from using chewing gum inside the facility and must never disgard gum on the All Weather surface.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the facility at all times.
  • Neither the Club, the facility Management Committee nor Fingal Co. Co. are responsible for any property or personal effects belonging to anyone that may be lost, mislaid, damaged or stolen either before, during or after the allocated Slot.

    Any Member/player identified as a tresspasser (using the facility in any un-authorised capacity) or involved (in any capacity) with any malicious, wanton or criminal damage shall be barred from using the Facility with their team & will be subject to stringent club disciplinary code.

    In the event of a breach of the above Conditions by any member, penalties will be applied by the Management Committee, up to and including withdrawal of your teams allocation and immediate termination of use.
